Project:  Replacement Fire Sprinkler at FCI, Ft. Dix, NJ
Contractor:  Flagship Contracting, Inc.
Scope Of Work:  Repairs to sprinkler systems on buildings 5844 and 5756, and installation of backflow prevention devices.  Installation of new sprinkler system to building 5706. Installation of 130 lf of 6” ductile iron pipe fire main, and backflow prevention device on building 5706.  Replacement of ceiling tiles and associated electrical wiring to fire alarm panels.
Value: $439,800.00

OCT 2015 - CURRENT

Project:  Ft. Dix Sanitary Sewer Repair Project, Ft. Dix, NJ
Contractor:  Flagship Contracting, Inc.
Scope Of Work:  Installation of 4,000 lf open cut and 912 lf of pipe bursting HDPE and PVC pipe ranging in all sizes from 8” to 21”, replacing and epoxy-coating existing manholes, bringing manhole castings up to grade, and installation of new air release valves.  Video inspection and cleaning was also performed on 34,000 lf of existing sanitary sewer piping in Areas 5300, 4300, and 4200.  The entire project was surveyed by a licensed surveyor.
Value: $2,198,590.00

Project:  Claridge Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement, Jackson, NJ
Contractor:  Flagship Contracting, Inc.
Scope Of Work:  Removal of 760 lf of existing sanitary sewer pipe at depth of 12 ft, and replace with new HDPE pipe including four precast manholes.  Full site restoration including, grading, concrete work, rip rap stone, stone paving and closing lane.
Value: $239,795.00
