Flagship Contracting, Inc. (Flagship) is a New Jersey-certified, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and SBA certified 8(a) contractor, founded and structured to serve the construction needs of Federal, State, and Local Government agencies.  Our specific interests include General Construction and underground utility(s) installation and rehabilitation.  Flagship currently maintains bonding capacity sufficient to meet most contractual requirements.

Savings incurred are ultimately passed on to the customer in the form of "Value Engineering" concepts, suggestions, designs, and construction techniques.  By incorporating this style of management into corporate philosophy, Flagship takes every opportunity presented to comply with Contract specifications and meet or "beat" the prescribed schedule, at the same time providing the customer with quality products and services.  The construction products and services provided by Flagship are at all times designed and constructed in a manner that meets Federal, State, and Local regulations, and individual Contract(s).  Construction is supervised with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, being implemented in an efficient and cost effective manner.  Most importantly, all construction methods and work procedures are designed to meet OSHA requirements for the provision of a safe workplace
